There is something about viewing photographs in black and white that I find fascinating and is a genre of photography that I love.
This week my work colleagues put on a performance of ‘The Tempest’ which was staged in the Sunken Gardens of Lanwades Hall home of The Animal Health Trust. It was a great performance and a chance for me to do some photography.
The Hall’s gardens are beautiful and look great in colour, but I wondered how they would work in black and white so I did some post-edit conversions and was really pleased with the results. The black and white gives an old time mysterious feel to the setting.
and of course I couldn’t go without taking some of the pet cemetery, poor old Bert he must have been truly loved..
